The Port Warwick Art & Sculpture Festival requires over 300 volunteers to produce this exciting two-day event! Thank you in advance for your interest and support of the 6th Annual Art & Sculpture festival, October 9 & 10, 2010.

Please fill out this application and the Volunteer Coordination Chair will contact you as applications are being reviewed. By submitting this application you are indicating that you have read the information on our Volunteer page. Once you have submitted your application, you will be contacted to further discuss any questions you might have, your schedule, committee assignments, etc.

How did you hear about this volunteer program?
Sign up your friends to have fun! When you do, you help fill out the Port Warwick Art & Sculpture Festival volunteer roster. Recruit a group from your office as a unique team building exercise. You can copy and distribute this form or direct them to www.pwartfest.org to fill out the online registration.
Special Qualifications (if you have special skills you think the Arts Festival could use, tell us here!)

Festival Volunteer Times: Please list your available times for each day. Selecting a shift does not limit you to the assigned times of the shift but it lets us know the different times you will be available during the day. Some committees will need to be present during specific times of the weekend. Please see committee descriptions for details.

Volunteer also releases and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the staff and directors of The Port Warwick Art & Sculpture Festival and Tower Park Management, event sponsors and their insurance carriers from any and all claims, actions or damages without any limitation whatsoever, whether consisting of personal injury, property damage or death that results in any way from any act of the volunteer while attending or volunteering at the Port Warwick Art & Sculpture Festival.
